01-garey-bldg-13-rt-cropJoin us for a special tour of the Arts District DTLA, a revitalized area composed of some of the best new dining, shopping, and art‐viewing in the city. This sometimes rough area has brought new life to old industrial buildings whose history dates to the early 1900s, and has been a recent epicenter of development, including residential, office, and retail space.

This tour will include a look at the past, present, and future of the Arts District DTLA, including adaptive use of older buildings for residential and office use and new ground‐up residential and retail developments, as well as a glimpse into future plans for a 2.6 million-square-foot superstructure along the Los Angeles River.
