Prices are in USD. Pricing listed for the “Join + Attend” registration bundle is calculated with U.S. Associate Membership dues and is discounted. You must register for the Fall Meeting within 5 days of joining ULI to receive this discounted rate. ULI offers two membership types—Associate Membership and Full Membership. *All in-person registrations include access to the digital package. The digital package includes access to livestreamed and recorded sessions and the ability to search for and chat with fellow attendees. Product Council members must register for the in-person event to attend their Product Council meetings.
Cancellation of a meeting registration does not constitute cancellation of a hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately.
Verbal requests for refunds will not be accepted; all requests for refunds must be made in writing to: [email protected].
Written cancellation and refund requests received by ULI ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 14, 2022: FULL REFUND MINUS A $200 PROCESSING FEE.
Written cancellation and refund requests received by ULI AFTER OCTOBER 14, 2022: NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
Registrations may be transferred to another individual; $100 processing fee will be charged. The new registrant will be responsible for the processing fee as well as the difference in registration fees if applicable. Requests must be made in writing to [email protected].
Optional ticketed events will be refunded at 100% if you cancel in writing NO LATER THAN THREE DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
Registration fees cannot be applied to another ULI Event.
Refund requests received after the deadline will not be honored. Access to on-demand meeting recordings will be available to all registrants for 30 days after the meeting.
ULI is continuing to closely monitor COVID-19 and the impact it may have on the ULI 2022 Fall Meeting. This year’s event is scheduled to be held in-person in Dallas, TX.
All members and staff attending the meeting must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 OR provide proof of a negative PCR COVID test within 72 hours prior to checking in. Read more.
By registering for the 2022 ULI Fall Meeting, participants agree to the ULI Registration Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk.
ULI continues to monitor the public health guidelines per the CDC and the State of Texas. The information requested during the registration process enables ULI to be compliant with potential adjustments in requirements. ULI may need to adjust policies and procedures to remain compliant and will communicate any such actions to meeting participants accordingly.

If you are displaying symptoms of COVID-19 and have recently been exposed to anyone who tested positive, we ask that you do not attend the conference in person. Your registration will be fully refunded.
We are committed to implementing conscious and intentional measures to not only combat COVID-19, but promote healthy best practices that will become the protocol for all events during high- and low-risk time periods alike.

RFID Tracking
As part of ULI’s ongoing efforts to improve the member experience, we are utilizing RFID-enabled badges at this year’s Fall Meeting. This technology allows ULI to better understand which sessions generate the most interest and will inform how future meetings are structured. Attendance information will only be gathered at official ULI Fall Meeting events and will not provide any data about non-Fall Meeting activities. Attendees who have questions or who would like the technology disabled may see a customer service representative at the full-service registration counter.

Photography
ULI reserves the right to capture and broadcast digital media content in the form of professional photographs, live-streaming, audio, and video during the 2022 Fall Meeting. By registering for the meeting, you hereby grant permission to ULI and its representatives to photograph and/or record you during the in-person and virtual events at the 2022 Fall Meeting, and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval or payment.
