Meeting Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation of a meeting registration does not constitute cancellation of a hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately.

Verbal requests for refunds will not be accepted; all requests for refunds must be made in writing to: [email protected].

Registration may be switched from in-person to digital at any time and the difference in fees will be refunded to you.

Registration may be switched from digital to in-person at any time at no additional cost other than the difference in fees.

Written cancellation and refund requests received by ULI ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 14, 2022: FULL REFUND MINUS A $200 PROCESSING FEE.

Written cancellation and refund requests received by ULI AFTER OCTOBER 14, 2022: NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

Registrations may be transferred to another individual; $100 processing fee will be charged. The new registrant will be responsible for the processing fee as well as the difference in registration fees if applicable. Requests must be made in writing to [email protected].

Optional ticketed events will be refunded at 100% if you cancel in writing NO LATER THAN THREE DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

Registration fees cannot be applied to another ULI Event.

Refund requests received after the deadline will not be honored. Access to on-demand meeting recordings will be available to all registrants for 30 days after the meeting.

COVID-19 Preparations

ULI is continuing to closely monitor COVID-19 and the impact it may have on the ULI 2022 Fall Meeting. This year’s event is scheduled to be held both virtually and in-person in Dallas, TX.

By registering for the 2021 ULI Fall Meeting, participants agree to the ULI Registration Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk.

As an attendee, your safety and wellbeing is our number one priority. ULI is committed to leading the way for our attendees by creating a safe space for in-person events to be held.

ULI continues to monitor the public health guidelines per the CDC and the State of Texas. The information requested during the registration process enables ULI to be compliant with potential adjustments in requirements. ULI may need to adjust policies and procedures to remain compliant and will communicate any such actions to meeting participants accordingly.

Show management will implement the following best practices:

• We will implement the health and safety practices as issued by local and state health authorities, including the venue, and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
• We will follow state, local, and venue guidance regarding health and safety, and will encourage frequent hand washing, and sanitizing.
• Hand sanitizer stations will be placed throughout the show floor and in common areas.
• High-touch areas will be regularly cleaned and sanitized.

If you are displaying symptoms of COVID-19 and have recently been exposed to anyone who tested positive, we ask that you do not attend the conference in person. Your registration will be fully refunded.

We are committed to implementing conscious and intentional measures to not only combat COVID-19, but promote healthy best practices that will become the protocol for all events during high- and low-risk time periods alike.

By registering for the meeting, you hereby grant permission to ULI and its representatives to photograph and/or record you during the in-person and virtual events at the 2022 Fall Meeting, and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval or payment.
