Vincent Reina is the Senior Advisor for Housing and Urban Policy at the White House Domestic Policy Council. His work includes the development and implementation of the Administration’s Housing Supply Action Plan, its Blueprint for a Renters Rights, and policies related to fair housing, homelessness, homeownership, and equitable development.

 

Reina is on leave from the University of Pennsylvania where he is an Associate Professor of Urban Economics and Planning and the Faculty Director of the Housing Initiative at Penn. Prior to Penn, Reina worked in various research and practitioner roles in the field of housing and community development.
