Randall Sakamoto is President and Director of Research for Rosen Consulting Group and Managing Director at Andersen. Randall oversees RCG operations, including the delivery of strategic advisory services and real estate forecasting. He has more than two decades of experience with real estate research and advisory, with a focus on real estate capital fundraising consulting. Prior to joining RCG in 2006, Randall held positions with Cushman & Wakefield and CoStar. He is on the board of directors of Community Education Partnerships, an Oakland-based non-profit organization. Randall received the CRE designation and is a member of the Urban Land Institute, NABE, NCREIF, MBA and NAREIT.
