Paige Mueller is the founder of Eigen10 Advisors, LLC (E10A), which provides real estate consulting services in the areas of market and investment analyses, capital formation, and ESG services. Starting at LaSalle Investment Management, she later created a successful pension consulting business that invested over $2.5 billion in equity in just three years and led the Americas strategy for GIC Real Estate for over a decade. Having worked over three decades on both the limited partner and general partner sides of the real estate investment industry, Ms. Mueller has a deep understanding of successful investments and the companies that run them. E10A builds on this experience to provide ESG clients with implementable advice that aligns ESG and investment goals. She has served in leadership positions in ULI, PREA and NCREIF, was a member of the NCREIF-PREA ESG Standards Task Force, a lecturer at the UC Berkeley MRED program, and serves on faculty of the NCREIF Academy.
