Michael Saltzman is the Los Angeles Director of Development for CenTrio Energy, the top district energy company in the US. Michael works with property owners and developers by utilizing his multi-disciplinary background to craft financially beneficial energy, water and carbon saving infrastructure solutions. Michael combines a real estate development, architectural and urban design education and background, with experience in a wide range of commercial real estate asset classes, and a consistent focus on sustainable urban, town center and transit-oriented development.  Prior to CenTrio, Michael has worked in both the architecture and real estate development sectors.
