Lia Tatevosian has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. She started at Swinerton 27 years ago as a project engineer and has held various roles, including project manager, project executive, chief estimator, and operations manager. Currently, she is the Vice President, Division Manager of Swinerton’s OCLA Special Projects Division, overseeing a team of over 100 employees and managing over $300 million in annual revenue. Lia holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Davis and is a LEED® Accredited Professional. She is known for her commitment to employee development, creating a safe work environment, strategic thinking, and promoting diversity. Lia’s expertise in new construction, education, aviation interiors, and renovations sets her apart as a leader. She embodies Swinerton’s core values and is dedicated to customer satisfaction. Lia has also been actively involved in organizations such as ACE Mentor Program, A+D Museum Board, and The Swinerton Foundation. She is a founding member of WiOPS and contributes to Swinerton’s Diversity and Inclusion Task Force. Outside of work, Lia has coached youth basketball teams and is a proud mother of three children.
