As a catalyst and servant-leader, Kimberly’s commitment to ESG initiatives is reflected in her mission- driven work with local and national industry trade associations, community-based organizations (CBO), and social impact organizations. Her work represents impact investment in historically overlooked communities now experiencing a surge in investment. She has been named “2023 Commercial Real Estate Woman of the Year” by NAIOP So Cal and CREW Los Angeles.
