Current Development

Jen is the Head of Investments at ASH NYC where she is responsible for overseeing projects in the company’s acquisition and development activities, with a specific focus on Historic Tax Credit investments. She leads all aspects of investment team including acquisition, financing, and development.

Prior to joining Ash, she was at EastBanc in Washington DC, where she oversaw the development of two large mixed-use public private projects in the West End. Jen started her career working on historic preservation projects in underserved neighborhoods around the country.

Jen was raised in Baltimore, Maryland and graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a degree in International Relations and Economics. She received a Masters in City and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania. She now lives in Seattle.
