Jane Lee serves as Director, Retail Area Group Manager – U.S. Personal Banking, at Citi. In this role, she is responsible for leading the execution of service, growth and risk management strategies through a network of 18 retail branch teams. She partners with segment and support teams to deliver for Citi clients, across multiple business channels.

 

With over 25 years at Citi, Jane is an experienced leader who takes pride in delivering exceptional, balanced and sustainable performance through her team. She accomplishes this through talent development, cross-functional collaboration, client advocacy, and strategic execution. She began her career in banking while attending the University of Illinois and has held leadership, support and sales roles in the Chicago and Southern California markets. Jane has been recognized as a Top 1% Performer through the CitiStar/Leaders in Excellence Award Program 8 times throughout her career with Citi.

 

Leadership passions include empowering others, enhancing team culture and creating positive change. Jane is a Changemaker, serves on the National Community Market Initiative and champions our client culture workstream to drive core market intensity in the California/Nevada region. Jane is currently entering her 3rd year in the CBA Executive Banking School Graduate School of Retail Banking program. Upon graduation, Jane plans to travel to South Korea to reunite with family after 40 long years!

There are many communities across the country that have experienced historic disinvestment and there are people and businesses in these communities that are still having problems accessing capital today.
