Erin is BTY's U.S. Director of Lender Services and a
member of ULI Atlanta. She brings 23 years of expertise
in the construction industry with a diverse project
portfolio spanning multifamily, commercial, industrial,
stadiums, infrastructure and renewable energy sectors.
She specializes in tailored technical review services,
including budget evaluation and regulatory reviews.
Erin oversees BTY's team in reporting on more than
$5 billion of project investments. Her due diligence
includes Plan and Cost Review reports, review of hard
construction costs, conducting comprehensive general
contractor reviews, and monitoring projects for risk
mitigation. Erin ensures projects are in compliance with loan
agreement requirements through progress reporting,
cost verification, and reviewing change orders, pay
applications, and schedule and cost risks.
