Eric has over twenty-five years experience in operations management in the industries of foodservice, retail, e-commerce and fresh food manufacturing. Eric has held senior leadership positions with start-up ventures and notable companies including McDonald’s, Disney, Safeway and Revolution Foods. Eric has a passion for recruiting and developing high caliber emotionally intelligent teams who successfully tackle hyper growth business opportunities. His track record demonstrates his ability to grow big ideas from inception to multi-year growth opportunities in the foodservice, retail and food technology segments.
Eric currently holds the role of Chief Executive Officer of The Town Kitchen PBC, a Social Mission Food Technology Company focused on the B2B Food Delivery Segment. He also is the Founder & Chief Exploration Officer at Cloud 9 Fresh where his teams guide emerging and established companies pursue game changing strategic initiatives that focus on the convergence of fresh foods, technology and wellness. Eric previously held the role of Vice President of Commercial Operations at Juicero, a Food Technology Company, where he established the national sales, distribution and operations footprint to scale the company. Prior roles included Vice President of Culinary Operations at Eat Club and Senior Vice President of Operations for Revolution Foods where he established national supply chain and distribution footprint while evolving the manufacturing operations for growth. During his time with Revolution Foods, he improved revenues from $4M to $30M, expanded operations into four US markets and grew daily meal production from 12,000 to over 60,000.
Eric’s passion for health, nutrition and innovation has been recognized with numerous retail, operational, design and training awards including Nation’s Restaurant News’ Hot Concepts! Visual Merchandising & Store Design (VM&SD) “1st Place-Retail Design” and Technology Training Magazine “Most Innovative Training Technology” Awards. Eric also holds a patent for design and manufacturing process for the first “Seatbelt Ready Takeout Bag” from the US Patent and Trade Office (USPTO).
Currently, Eric is pursuing a Master of Science in Integrated Design, Business and Technology from University of Southern California. He has previously earned an MBA from The University of Redlands and Bachelor of Science in Resort and Lodging Management from California State University, Chico.
