Christina Lee serves as a Vice President with Trammell Crow Company. She is focused on shaping and the execution of new developments through all phases of the development process. In her role, she assists clients in identifying and realizing their real estate goals from concept to turnkey delivery.

Christina has particular experience with office, mixed use, and multifamily projects. During her TCC tenure, she has managed, entitled, and repositioned projects including LA Plaza Village, District NoHo, 2011 North Soto, 4540 Worth, Pico/Centinela, 301 Ocean, and 6th and Bixel. She recently managed the development and delivery of LA Plaza Village (HSR), a mixed-use, transit-oriented development comprised of 355 residential units and 43,000 square feet of retail in the historic El Pueblo District of Los Angeles. Located on land owned by Los Angeles County and ground leased by LA Plaza de Cultura y Artes Museum, a Smithsonian affiliate institute, she worked closely with City and County government officials and local communities to deliver an award-winning project with significant community benefits.

In addition to her development responsibilities, she serves as Co-Chair to the Trammell Crow Company DEI Steering Committee where she has launched multiple companywide initiatives during her 12-year involvement. For her efforts, she was named as a 2023 Globe St. Woman of Influence.
