Ben has led accounts with IWG, Industrious, Venture X, and many more, and worked with leading owners Hines and HBC, leveraging Instant Group’s industry-leading data sets and deep consulting expertise. Ben brings expertise in the flexible office market from the owner and operator standpoint. He also has 20 years of experience on how companies source commercial real estate using the internet. Ben has worked with real estate and economic development clients in 50 US states, five Canadian Provinces, and with clients in 40 North American Markets.
