Fall Meeting Hotel Information

Housing Overview:

The ULI Fall Meeting hotel room block is available now on a first come, first serve basis to registered attendees. ULI provides hotel options at varying price points for attendees to choose from. All official ULI hotels are proximate to the McCormick Place Convention Center Chicago (West Building), the site of ULI Fall Meeting sessions and events.

How to book within the ULI block:

Once registered, attendees will be prompted to book a room on the ULI housing site, where important information on hotel policies and discounted rates can be found. If not ready to book right away, a link to book housing will also be provided in the Fall Meeting registration confirmation email. The last day to book a room within the ULI room block is Friday, September 24. 

Why book a hotel room through ULI?

Both ULI and meeting attendees benefit in numerous ways when the ULI room block is utilized:

• Providing well-rounded, convenient, and reputable hotel options refines the ULI attendee experience that further enhances ULI’s mission and member engagement.
• Attendees are better protected through ULI’s hotel contracts, in the case of last-minute changes or travel issues.
• Booking within the ULI block allows attendees to take advantage of lower room rates that are negotiated by ULI well in advance of the meeting. Hotel loyalty points can still be redeemed and earned when a reservation is made at a ULI hotel.
• Attendees can use the ULI shuttle service offered at select hotels with transportation to/from the convention center. 
• Filling up room blocks has a ripple effect for future meetings by allowing ULI to better position themselves for competitive room rates and contracts in other cities.

Transportation & Shuttle Information

• The ULI Fall Meeting will take place at the McCormick Place Convention Center Chicago (West Building) located at 2301 S King Drive, Chicago, IL 60616.
• The nearest international airport is Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) located 10 miles away from the convention center.
• Complimentary shuttle service will be available for hotels within the ULI block more than ½ mile from the convention center.

Official Housing Provider

ULI’s official housing partner is Spargo. All ULI hotel reservations must be directly made through the housing site or via the link in your Fall Meeting registration confirmation e-mail, all of which are managed by Spargo. Please be aware of scams where someone calls or faxes you pretending to be an “official ULI lodging coordinator.” It is important to note that ULI does not solicit special-offer lodging reservations via telephone or fax. We suggest that you do not provide credit card information to anyone other than our official housing partner.
