Getting to Fall Meeting
Everything you need to plan your arrival for the ULI 2025 Fall Meeting, November 4-6 in San Francisco.
Miami, FL
San Francisco International Airport (SFO)
Approximately 12 miles south of the Moscone Center; primary gateway for domestic and international travelers.
As alternate options, Oakland International Airport (OAK) and San Jose International (SJC) airports may offer additional flight flexibility depending on origin, though ground transit will be longer.
From SFO, expect 25–40 minutes depending on traffic. San Francisco’s downtown streets can get congested, especially during peak hours.
Transportation
Pick-up zones at Domestic Terminals (Level 5, Domestic Garage) and International Terminal (Departures Level, center island). Follow “Ride App Pick-Up” signs.
Available outside baggage claim at all airports; fares are typically higher than ride-share but may be more direct.
BART connects directly to downtown San Francisco (Powell Street Station, 2 blocks from Moscone).
Fares to downtown San Francisco range from $30–$60 from SFO depending on time of day and traffic.
Driving Directions
The Moscone Center is located in the South of Market (SoMa) district, easily accessible by major highways.
From the South (SFO / Peninsula)
Take US-101 North toward San Francisco. Exit at I-80 East toward Bay Bridge, take Folsom Street exit, continue on Folsom, left on 3rd Street, right on Howard Street.
From the East Bay (Oakland/Berkeley)
Take I-80 West across the Bay Bridge. Exit at Fremont Street, turn left on Howard Street.
From the North Bay (Marin County)
Take US-101 South across the Golden Gate Bridge, follow signs to Downtown SF / Lombard Street, continue on Van Ness Avenue, turn left on Howard Street.
Parking & Local Transit
We strongly recommend ride-share or public transit, as downtown traffic and parking can be congested.
On-site parking at Moscone is limited. Nearby garages include:
Yerba Buena Garage (833 Howard Street)
Fifth & Mission Garage (833 Mission Street)
Moscone Center Garage (255 3rd Street)
Powell Street BART/Muni transit station and Yerba Buena/Moscone Muni transit station are within blocks of the venue.
Finding Registration
Registration is located at the Level 1 lobby of Moscone West.
