The Fall Meeting will take place from October 30-November 2, in Los Angeles at the Los Angeles Convention Center, West Building. The convention center is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, and is  easily accessible by car and public transportation.  The Convention Center is minutes from nearby airports, including LAX and Bob Hope Airport.

 Public transportation such as buses and metro are also available throughout L.A. The Center is located close to downtown hotels and is often just a short walk away. 

You can book an Uber or Lyft service at Los Angeles International Airport, however, you can’t book an Uber outside your terminal. Instead, you have to go to a designated pickup spot, called LAX-it, for taxi pickups or to order a rideshare service.

Instructions: Upon arriving at the airport you will follow the signs for “ground transportation” to lead you outside.  Once outside, there are green signs marked “LAX-it”, which is the shuttle service that will take you to all car services. The cab fare can range anywhere from $55-$75 to the downtown area.
