FORUMS

The 2023 Fall Meeting will again host a variety of ULI Full-member Forums. Each Forum session will be convened in small networking groups, comprised of a maximum of forty-five participants from different real estate backgrounds, for learning and networking. You will find the full schedule for all of the ULI Forums below.

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PDT

The Building Healthy Places Forum will focus on the intersection of health and the built environment. The event will feature interactive discussions between leaders in health, wellness, social equity, and real estate, spotlighting LA-based projects and commemorating the 10-year anniversary of the ULI Building Healthy Places program.

8:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. PDT

The Equitable Development Forum serves as a learning platform to explore pressing issues in today’s real estate and land use markets, including social equity, local government collaboration, community impact, and DEI. The forum seeks to address key questions and challenges, particularly focusing on mitigating generational inequities.

8:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. PDT

The Housing Forum provides the opportunity to engage in insightful discussions and interactive workshops focused on topics such as creative financing models, community engagement strategies, policy advocacy, and leveraging public-private partnerships.
