We offer discounted early bird pricing and Join + Attend packages. In addition, pricing variations are offered based on public vs. private sector and full-time students. More pricing information can be found here.  

The ULI Fall Meeting hotel room block is available on a first come, first serve basis to registered attendees. ULI provides hotel options at varying price points for attendees to choose from. All official ULI hotels are proximate to the Moscone West Convention Center, the site of ULI Fall Meeting sessions and events. Once registered, attendees will be prompted to book a room on the ULI housing site where important information on hotel policies and discounted rates can be found. If not ready to book right away, a link to book housing will also be provided in the Fall Meeting registration confirmation email. The last day to book a room within the ULI room block is Tuesday, October 14 at 12PM ET.

Business casual attire is generally suitable for the Fall Meeting. If you are going on a tour, you will want to wear comfortable walking shoes.

Yes. We will offer complimentary breakfast and lunch each day as well as afternoon pick-me-ups. Breakfast on Tuesday, November 4th will be offered in the Tour Departure area and in Moscone West – Level 2, Lobby on Wednesday, November 5th  and Thursday, November 6th. Lunch and afternoon pick-me-ups will be offered in Moscone West – Level 2, Lobby each day. 

ULI will provide a variety of options to suit multiple dietary considerations. For specific requests, please contact a server during the meal function.

Our staff is committed to making this an effortless and memorable experience for attendees. For any questions at the event, visit the Ask ULI desk in the west lobby to the right of the escalators. We have staff on hand ready to answer all your questions and assist throughout the event.

Yes! All sessions approved for CEU credit will be tagged with AIA and AICP designations on the website schedule and in the ULI Events app. To track and report the sessions you attended, AIA and AICP forms will be available for download from the ULI Events app as well as available on site for you to pick up on site at the Ask ULI

To enhance the in-person experience and deliver exclusive content, sessions will be available onsite only; no digital access package will be offered.

Most Product Council dinners will be held Wednesday, November 5, with Product Council Meetings on Thursday, November 6. Find more detailed information on Product Councils here.

Yes! We host special programming for Full members only — an exclusive tour and networking luncheon. This Fall Meeting, Full members will have the opportunity to tour Mission Rock, a premier waterfront development more than a decade in the making, where attendees will learn about the overall master plan and see the on-the-ground progress that has been made in Phase One of the project, on Tuesday, November 4. Full members are also welcome to attend the Networking Luncheon with guest speaker, Scott Klososky, on Wednesday, November 5.

The ULI Events app is the easiest way to access the full conference schedule, add sessions or events to your personal agenda, and stay in the know of any schedule changes. In addition, the app will include conference center floor plans, networking functions, and other helpful resources.
