About the meeting

The Fall Meeting is an annual event that takes place in various cities across North America from year to year.  This premier real estate event brings together professionals, experts, and thought leaders in real estate, planning, and related fields to discuss innovative strategies, share insights, and explore trends shaping the future of urban development. The ULI Fall Meeting provides a platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and collaboration aimed at fostering more resilient and vibrant communities. 

The ULI Fall Meeting attracts a diverse range of attendees from various sectors of the real estate industry. This includes developers, investors, architects, urban planners, government officials, academics, and other professionals who are passionate about shaping the future of real estate. The event provides a unique opportunity to connect with peers, learn from experts, and engage in cross-disciplinary discussions that foster innovation and collaboration.

The ULI Fall Meeting will be held from October 30 to November 2 in Los Angeles, CA at the Los Angeles Convention Center, West Building.

Business casual attire is generally suitable for the Meeting. If you are going on a tour, you will want to wear comfortable walking shoes.

Out staff is committed to making this an effortless and memorable experience for attendees. For any questions at the event, visit the Ask ULI desk in the west lobby to the right of the escalators. We have staff on hand ready to answer all your questions and assist throughout the event.

Registration opens Monday morning at 7:00 AM PST at the Los Angeles Convention Center in the West Building.

Yes. ULI reserves a block of hotel rooms available to all attendees. The hotels selected are located near the convention center. For more information on hotels, go to our hotel page. 


We recommend attending the general session every day of the meeting. Additionally, there will be over 70  sessions covering a wide array of topics. We suggest looking through the programming and building your schedule based on your professional needs.  See the schedule here.

Tours are sold on a first come, first served basis with many selling out months before the event takes place. If a tour you want is still available, you can register for it at the same time you are registering for the Fall Meeting.  If you would like to add a tour after you’ve registered for the meeting, sign into your member profile and find your Fall Meeting registration, you will have the option to add a tour. 

If the tour you would like to attend is still available, you can sign up online before arriving or on-site at least 30 minutes prior to the tour taking place.

Fall Meeting announcements will be sent via email and through our ULI Events App. This app will be available for attendees to download to their mobile or desktop devices on or after it launches on September 16.

Yes. ULI is authorized to offer programs approved by American Institute of Architects (AIA) and American Planning Association (AICP) for continuing education. Between sessions, forums and tours within the meeting, many opportunities for credits. Verification forms will be available through the ULI Events App or at the Ask ULI desk in Los Angeles.

Yes. Most of the sessions will be streamed live and available to view after the meeting is over. If you are a registered attendee, you will have access to this content through our ULI Events App.
