Meeting Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation of a meeting registration does not constitute cancellation of a hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately.

Verbal requests for refunds will not be accepted; all requests for refunds must be made in writing to: [email protected].

Registration may be switched from in-person to digital when available and the difference in fees will be refunded to you.

Written cancellation and refund requests received by ULI ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 20, 2023: FULL REFUND MINUS A $200 PROCESSING FEE.

Written cancellation and refund requests received by ULI AFTER OCTOBER 20, 2023: NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

Registrations may be transferred to another individual; $100 processing fee will be charged. The new registrant will be responsible for the processing fee as well as the difference in registration fees if applicable. Requests must be made in writing to [email protected].

Optional ticketed events will be refunded at 100% if you cancel in writing NO LATER THAN THREE DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

Registration fees cannot be applied to another ULI Event.

Refund requests received after the deadline will not be honored. Access to on-demand meeting recordings will be available to all registrants for 30 days after the meeting.
